Q: WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF BUYING FROM YOU VS. DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER?
A: We represent the Manufacturer, so you ARE buying direct, but we make it easier and cheaper! We do all the hard work of finding the best products and negotiating the lowest prices from LOTS of Manufacturers. You place one order, make one payment, get lower prices, and receive better service.
Q: WHAT IF I ONLY WANT ONE?
A: Please click on the "Only Need One?" link on your left. There, you'll find all kinds of great gift items available for purchase in small quantities.
Q: DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
A: You bet! Many of our products can be customized with your team name, logo, or personal information. Call us for more information and a price quote.
Q: HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING CHARGES?
A: We use the lowest cost carrier and charge only our actual cost. There are no handling fees. PLEASE NOTE: Upon submitting your order, your total will reflect $0.00 for shipping. Upon shipment, only the actual shipping costs will be charged to your order total. Please trust that you will only pay what we pay, and nothing more. We negotiate discounts with the carriers AND take the time to find the lowest price carrier for each shipment.
Q: WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
A: Because we represent the Manufacturers, if your order contains multiple products from multiple factories, your order may ship from multiple locations in the U.S.
Q: HOW DO I SET UP PAYMENT TERMS?
A: All customers are required to pay for initial orders up front, but may be eligible for payment terms after credit is established. Please call for more information.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?
A: So that we can constantly add new products and can maintain our rock bottom pricing, we do not publish a paper catalog. You can always find the latest items by visiting this website.
Q: DO YOU OFFER PRODUCTS ON COMMISSION FOR TOURNAMENT VENDORS, TRAVEL TEAM FUND RAISERS, OR FOR SCHOOL FUNDRAISERS?
A: YES! This is a terrific deal for you and our favorite thing to do! We love sending you a box of our best-selling items for your next tournament, event, or fundraiser. Just give us a week or more notice and we'll send you some great stuff in your sport(s) of choice! You set up a table at your event and try out your best sales skills! You keep 40% of all sales and and send us 60% for all sold items. As long as you return the items within a week of your event and they are in original condition, there's no cost to you. Your only responsibility is for the shipping cost in both directions. Give us a call and we'll be happy to customize a package just for you! Depending on the size of your event (and the enthusiasm of your sales force) many teams often earn over $1000 in just one day! That sure beats selling baked goods, begging your co-workers and neighbors to buy gift wrap, and/or weekends spent washing cars!
